All estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we inspect the property in person. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions, surface size, or level of cleaning required. We will communicate any changes before starting additional work.

Pressure washing is weather-dependent. Heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a new appointment time.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common forms of payment and will provide a receipt upon request.

While we use professional equipment and techniques to achieve the best possible result, we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain or mark. Some discoloration, etching, or damage from age, weather, oil, rust, or prior treatments may not be fully reversible by pressure washing.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any fragile surfaces, leaks, loose siding, or other property issues before service. We are not liable for damage to pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed prior to work being performed.
